Classic jazz trio has interested me from the very beginning of my jazz studies. Although it's a big challenge, it offers you plenty of possibilities, which are unique in small bands and bands without harmonic instruments.

When it comes to working with trio, my  goal is creating a musical "talk" between all of the band's members and besides that leading some kind of melodic counterpoint between saxophone and bass.

Album "First Take" was recorded with trio featuring Tadej Kampl on double bass and Bruno Domiter on drums.

Črt Remic Trio exists from year 2006 on. Besides current members, the trio also had a privilege to host following musicians:
